About Me

My name is Nick Birsa. I am 29 years old, currently in Chicago. I see myself as a documentary and full frame photographer, meaning I do not (try not to) crop or edit and see the viewfinder as my canvas. I put intention behind every photo I take. I was born in the Midwest and grew up in a large family out in the country. I love stories about adventure and danger and far away places. I love comedy. Specifically, Conan O’Brien who inspired me to go and complete the writing program at Second City and perform improv at the iO theater.
